With the unprecedented and developing situation, we are constantly reviewing our policies to ensure we continue to serve you. We’ve updated our return policy to accommodate items purchased in-store beginning March 1st, 2020 through to March 17th, 2020, these purchases will be eligible for a 15-day extension from the reopening date of our stores. Online purchases remain eligible for our standard return policy of returning items back to the Distribution Centre within 30 days from date of purchase.

We hope this email finds you all safe and healthy, we are thinking of you and your families during this difficult time.
With the decision to close our stores last Tuesday, we moved our immediate focus to support our team members, helping them through the difficult experience and emotions they felt with the temporary closure of their stores.
We appreciate that you may wish to shop from home and therefore, we will continue to inspire and provide support on our website and our social community. We are just a click or a call away and Customer Service will remain dedicated to helping you. Since we also know that you may need to stay home, we will be offering an extension to our return policy. Dear Customers,
It is with a strong sense of obligation to the health and wellbeing of our Team, our Customers, our communities, and our fellow Canadians that we have made the decision to temporarily close all of our locations at the end of business Tuesday, March 17th.
We take our direction and position under the recommendation of our Canadian and provincial health officials. The temporary closure of our stores is our commitment to remain fully engaged in the practice of social distancing and is our civic duty to help combat the spread of COVID-19.
Under the strict regulations of Health Canada, we will operate our Head Office and Distribution Centre with a small limited team and ensure social distancing is top of mind. Team members holding positions where “the work from home option” is viable have been offered this opportunity. We will continue to offer our support to our team members through this difficult and unprecedented crisis.
It is a time for us all to act and do our part to care for ourselves, our families, our friends, and our neighbors. Our entire team commits to our fellow Canadians to continue to do all that is asked of us to limit the spread of COVID-19.
There is hope, by banding together as Canadians, with the help and support of Health Canada and our Government we can return to the freedom of social interaction and community engagement. We can and should believe that brighter days are ahead.
