MOTHER'S DAY GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We are thrilled to have you participate in our “Mother’s Day Giveaway” contest that runs from April 17, 2025 – May 1, 2025, 11:59 PM PST.

Simply fill out and submit an entry form, and you are entered into a draw for a chance to a beautiful bouquet and a $300 Suzanne’s gift card each.

Our contest is sponsored by Suzanne’s Fashion, headquartered at 8040 Evans Rd, Chilliwack, BC, V2R 5R8, Canada. We want to emphasize that making a purchase is not necessary to enter or win the contest. Your chances of winning will not increase with a purchase.

How to Enter

To enter, simply enter your email address at suzannesfashions.ca. Our team will carefully review all submissions for completion and ensure they comply with our guidelines.

Drawing

At the end of the contest period, we will hold a random draw to select one (1) lucky participant who will receive a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a $300 Suzanne’s gift card each.

Eligibility 

The contest is open to Canadian residents who are 18 years of age or older as of the first day of the contest. Employees or agents of Suzanne’s, its affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, service agencies, independent contractors, and immediate family members living in the same household are not eligible to participate. 

Prizes

We will award one (2) prize to one (1) lucky winner. The maximum value of the prize is a $860 and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Odds

The odds of winning the contest draw depends on the total number of qualifying purchase entries received, and the number of eligible, non-purchase entries for the contest period. 

Winner Notification/Prize Awards

If you are selected as a winner, we will notify you via email. To claim your prize, you will need to meet the following requirements:  

• Correctly answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question without any assistance during a pre-arranged telephone call.

• Sign and return our standard “Declaration and Release Form” within 24 hours from the time the prize notification package is emailed. This form confirms your compliance with the contest rules and releases Suzanne’s Fashions from any liability relating to the contest. 

Additional Terms

By participating in the contest, you agree to these Official Contest Rules and the decisions made by Suzanne’s Fashions, which will be final in all respects. When you enter the contest, you release Auld Phillips Inc., its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, administrators, employees, shareholders, agents, and insurers from any liability, claims, damages, demands, actions, or causes of action that may directly or indirectly arise from your participation in the contest or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize.

Furthermore, if you win a prize, you agree to allow Suzanne’s Fashions and its designees to use your name, voice, declarations related to the contest, likeness, photograph, city, and province or territory of residence for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation. 

Limitation of Liability

Suzanne’s Fashions shall not be responsible for any print or typographical errors in contest-related materials. We will not be liable for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible non-purchase entries, or for any postage-related issues with non-purchase entries. We also deny responsibility for any electronic data transmission issues, equipment failures, or other failures that may occur during participation in this contest. If, for any reason beyond our control, the contest cannot run as planned, including instances of fraud, technical failures, computer viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or any other cause, Suzanne’s Fashions reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest, in whole or in part. Entries that are reproduced, fraudulent, illegible, altered, incomplete, or tampered with will be considered invalid.

Privacy Policy 

By entering this contest, you consent to Suzanne’s Fashions and its promotional agencies storing and using the personal information you submit for the purpose of administering the contest in accordance with these Official Contest Rules. This includes sharing the names and cities/provinces of the contest winners on platforms such as our website and social media. We value your privacy and will oversee your information with the utmost care.
