Store Manager Brea has called Abbotsford home for 45 years and has spent nearly three decades working in the community she loves. Alongside her dedicated team—Chyrel, Assistant Manager, and Tanminder, Wardrobe Specialist—they bring warmth, connection, and encouragement to every customer who walks through their doors.

What makes their customers special?

“It’s the warmth they bring with them,” Brea says. “They include us in their life events—and there’s nothing like it.”

One moment Brea will never forget involved a woman who hadn’t shopped for herself in years. Nervous and unsure of her style, she came in seeking more than clothing—she came in looking for herself. After hours of care and guidance, she walked out with a brand-new wardrobe and a renewed sense of confidence.

“She had a bounce in her step,” Brea recalls, smiling. “And she came back to show us how she’d styled her outfits. I’ll never forget how it made me feel to help her see her worth.”

Outside of everyday styling, the team hosts fun and engaging shopping parties that bring people together and turn a regular day into a reason to celebrate.
