Store Manager Oksana moved to Canada from Ukraine just three years ago, bringing with her over 20 years of experience in the European fashion industry. Since arriving, she’s embraced her new home wholeheartedly and found inspiration in the people she meets every day.

“The beautiful ladies I meet at Suzanne’s inspire me,” she says. “I love seeing their satisfaction after shopping with us.”

Oksana leads a passionate team that includes Sandy, who has been with the store for over three years and is well-loved by their regulars, and Karen, the newest addition who’s already showing great promise. Together, they treat every customer as special—understanding that each woman comes in with different stories, body shapes, experiences, and dreams.

One of Oksana’s favorite moments?

“When three generations—grandmother, mother, and daughter—shop together. It’s always so sweet and special. We hear vacation stories, celebration stories, even wedding stories. I treasure all of them.”

The Stettler team is also proud to participate in local events, making sure their store is woven into the life of the community. And it shows—regulars stop by not just to shop, but to connect, catch up, and share life’s moments.
